Once Upon a Time...

LONELY ME

Rewrite:

On a dusty ground stands a dusty wooden fence.
So dusty, that when wind blows the dust dance.
On the fence many paper was stuck.
Put there by a child who wishes to turn her luck.
Before the paper is fastened,
The child drew lines that squiggled and bend.

Each drawing so different from each other.
It is something no one can decipher.
But once stuck on the fence,
Finally it made sense.
The child drew a figure that seems to be a person.
At last the child has a companion.

For the child lives in a world deteriorating
Where all is broken and no one is living.
And even though a pretend companion is by her side,
The child was still not satisfied.
Because like the world I just described.
She is broken and dying inside.

Original:

On a dusty ground stands a dusty fence; an old wooden dusty fence. On the the dusty fence many sticky paper was stuck. This was the doing of another thing standing on the dusty ground; a dirty (not dusty) child. The little dirty child drew shapes  and lines to each paper; one different from the other. the lines and shapes didn't make sense. It was like a random doodle. But once stuck to the old wooden dusty fence, it was very understandable. the little child drew a stick figured person. At last she has a companion.

You see, the little dirty child lived in a deteriorating world where everything is broken and all living is now dust. And even though she has a companion by her side, she was still not satisfied. Because like the world I just described, she is broken and dusty inside.

(save the whales!)
